Palisades Fire Support

Showing Up When It Matters Most

Community isn’t just where we live—it’s who we show up for. Following the Palisades Fire, I had the honor of supporting local families and first responders during a time of real need. From coordinating relief efforts to helping connect displaced residents with emergency resources and housing, this experience reaffirmed what I’ve always believed: real estate is deeply personal, and so is community care.

Being part of the response effort wasn’t about titles or roles—it was about being present, staying connected, and doing the work. Whether it’s helping neighbors rebuild, raising awareness, or simply offering a steady hand in uncertain moments, I’m committed to serving this community beyond the business of buying and selling homes.

In every season—especially the hard ones—I believe in showing up, standing together, and helping our neighborhoods heal and thrive.

No Silence No Violence

Advocacy Beyond the Transaction

My commitment to community extends far beyond real estate—and one cause especially close to my heart is supporting No Silence No Violence, an organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic abuse through education, awareness, and survivor support.

Being involved with No Silence No Violence means standing alongside brave individuals and families as they rebuild their lives. Whether it’s helping organize awareness events, fundraising, or providing direct resources to those in crisis, my role is about showing up with compassion, consistency, and action.

As a real estate professional, I believe everyone deserves to feel safe and empowered in their home. Through this work, I’m proud to support that mission—one story, one survivor, and one safe space at a time.

Surfrider Foundation

Protecting the Coastline We Call Home

As someone who lives, works, and raises a family near the coast, my involvement with the Surfrider Foundation is deeply personal. Surfrider’s mission to protect our oceans, beaches, and coastal ecosystems aligns with everything I value—not just as a real estate professional, but as a member of this community.

Whether it’s participating in beach cleanups, advocating for smart coastal development, or supporting local campaigns to reduce pollution and preserve access to our shorelines, I believe in being hands-on when it comes to protecting what makes our region so special.

Homes by the water aren’t just beautiful—they’re part of a delicate environment that deserves our care. Through my work with Surfrider, I strive to ensure that the places we love today will still be thriving for generations to come.

Kapwa

Rooted in Culture. Committed to Collective Healing.

My involvement with Kapwa is a reflection of my belief that true community begins with shared care, cultural connection, and collective healing. Kapwa—a concept deeply rooted in Filipino values—reminds us that we are all interconnected. Through this community-based healing initiative, I’ve had the privilege of supporting spaces where BIPOC individuals can process trauma, reclaim joy, and find belonging.

Whether it’s contributing to wellness workshops, supporting mutual aid efforts, or simply holding space for stories that often go unheard, my work with Kapwa is about honoring identity and showing up with intention. It’s not just about service—it’s about solidarity.

In both real estate and community, I believe that home should be a place where people feel seen, safe, and supported. Kapwa helps me live that mission every day.

AREAA- Asian Real Estate Association

Empowering Community Through Representation and Connection

My involvement with the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) is rooted in a shared mission: to elevate AAPI voices, expand access to homeownership, and create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. Through AREAA, I’ve been able to engage in meaningful community outreach—whether it’s hosting educational workshops, supporting first-time homebuyers, or advocating for equitable housing policies.

This work is deeply personal. It’s about honoring culture while building generational opportunity, and creating pathways to ownership that reflect the diversity of our communities. AREAA isn’t just a network—it’s a movement, and I’m proud to be part of the change it’s making nationwide.

By staying involved at the local and national level, I ensure that my work in real estate always includes something bigger: representation, advocacy, and heart.

Rise Up Residential

Building More Than Homes—Building Hope

Through my involvement with Rise Up Residential, I had the incredible opportunity to help create something lasting for one of San Diego’s affordable housing communities—a brand new playground and community mural, built in partnership with fellow members of the real estate community.

This project was about more than just structures—it was about creating joy, pride, and a sense of belonging for families who deserve safe, vibrant spaces to grow. From fundraising and planning to picking up a paintbrush and helping install play equipment, this was real, hands-on work—and a powerful reminder of what’s possible when our industry comes together for good.

Real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about the lives we touch along the way. Rise Up Residential embodies that spirit, and I’m proud to contribute to work that brings beauty, safety, and connection to the neighborhoods that need it most.
